Job Description
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and warm manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen/bar
- Serve food and drinks promptly and according to luxury service standards
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience by anticipating needs
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables and dining areas
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and service teams for smooth operations
- Handle guest requests and feedback with professionalism and care
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and brand service standards at all times
Qualifications
- Previous experience in waiter/service role, preferably in luxury hospitality or fine dining
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed, professional, and guest-oriented appearance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
- Strong attention to detail and service excellence mindset
- Team player with positive and proactive attitude
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Passion for luxury hospitality and guest satisfaction
