About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support the day-to-day operation of EROAD's North American warehouse and supply chain activities.

 

This hands-on role is responsible for coordinating the receipt, storage, dispatch, and transfer of inventory while ensuring stock accuracy, operational efficiency, and excellent service delivery. You will work closely with the Warehouse Team Lead and Supply Chain team to maintain inventory levels, support forecasting activities, and ensure quality standards are consistently met.

 

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations, inventory control, order fulfilment, and logistics coordination within a fast-paced and growing technology environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor and audit finished goods and accessories inventory levels.
  • Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Support inventory forecasting and stock replenishment requirements.
  • Receive and store incoming goods, including quantity verification against orders and invoices.
  • Coordinate the dispatch and transfer of customer and intercompany orders.
  • Fulfil customer orders and intercompany transfers accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage returned goods and RMA processes.
  • Maintain warehouse processes and standard operating procedures.
  • Provision telematics solutions, including picking, kitting, and shipment preparation.
  • Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organised, and safe.
  • Support freight coordination and logistics activities as required.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse operations.

You are organised, reliable, and enjoy working in a hands-on operational environment. You have a strong attention to detail, take pride in accuracy, and are comfortable balancing multiple priorities while maintaining high service standards.

You will bring:

  • Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • A customer-focused and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Accountability, resilience, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Experience with inventory management, stock control, or order fulfilment processes is highly regarded.
