Role Overview

Mariana Minerals is looking for a highly motivated Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to join our San Francisco Pilot Plant team. You will be responsible for overseeing shipping & receiving, maintaining operations of the SF warehouse spaces, and helping build out Mariana’s logistics programs & processes. This position plays a critical role in bridging R&D and Operations, ensuring our facilities are robust, safe, cost-effective, and suitable for commercial production.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of raw materials, finished materials, samples, spare parts, consumables, and other plant and R&D materials

  • Receive packages and materials, verify deliveries, inspect for accuracy or damage, and ensure items are routed to the correct storage location or end user.

  • Physically move, stage, rearrange, and organize materials in warehouses and plant using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment.

  • Help develop spare parts and consumables management systems including storage locations, labeling, reorder points, and usage tracking.

  • Coordinate inventory tracking for in-spec materials, off-spec materials, spare parts, consumables, and process development supplies

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, inventory coordination, materials management, or related roles.

  • Hands-on experience working in an industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or plant operations environment.

  • Ability to safely operate or learn to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.

  • Experience receiving materials, coordinating shipments, tracking inventory, or managing warehouse storage areas.

  • Experience using software such as ERP, CMMS, MES, and/or similar tracking tools.

  • Ability to coordinate activities across operations, maintenance, engineering, vendors, carriers, and commercial teams.

  • Practical problem-solving mindset with a willingness to improve systems while also performing hands-on warehouse work.

  • Ability to climb stairs, stand for extended periods of time, and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
