Welding Specialist for Thin Sheet Metal (all genders) - Erfurt, Germany

Your tasks:

• Independent execution of welding work in the thin sheet metal sector according to specifications

• Assembly, tacking, and low-distortion welding of structures, parts, and assemblies

• Determining and setting up the welding sequence and technique (MAG, spot, and stud welding)

• Independent reading of plans and checking delivered parts for dimensional accuracy

• Quality control, documentation of test results, and elimination of defects

• Straightening and cleaning (fine grinding) of the manufactured assemblies

Your Profile:

• Completed subject-specific training with at least 6 months of professional experience (missing certifications can be acquired on site!)

• Confident mastery of the MAG welding process; TIG skills are desirable

• Very good knowledge of German, as the independent reading of construction plans is essential

• Precise, solution-oriented, structured, and independent way of working

• Strong communication skills, flexibility, and commitment to working in a diverse, international team
