Für unseren Standort Saalfeld suchen wir derzeit einen Werkstudenten (m/w/d) im Bereich Global Service Marketing.
Als Projektunterstützung übernehmen Sie eine wichtige Rolle bei der Unterstützung der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Projekten im Baxter Service Team. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die Mitwirkung bei der Konzeption, Planung und Realisierung von Projekten mit besonderem Fokus auf der Entwicklung neuer Servicepakete für den Operationssaal (OP).
Ihre Aufgaben
Zusammenarbeit mit Projektteams bei der Entwicklung von Projektkonzepten und Projektplänen
Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung neuer Servicepakete, einschließlich Recherche- und Analyseaufgaben
Mitwirkung bei der Projektplanung, insbesondere bei der Ressourcenallokation und dem Zeitmanagement
Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Projektplänen, einschließlich der Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern und Teammitgliedern
Mithilfe bei der Identifizierung und Minimierung von Projektrisiken
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Projektberichten und Präsentationen
Ihr Profil
Eingeschriebene/r Student/in der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, des Marketings oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
Teamplayer mit ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office-Anwendungen (Word, Excel, PowerPoint und Outlook)
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
