Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented WordPress Developer with 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of WordPress, themes, plugins, and basic web development technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites.
- Customize WordPress themes and plugins based on project requirements.
- Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP for website customization.
- Create and manage responsive, user-friendly web pages.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot WordPress plugins and themes.
- Identify and resolve website bugs, errors, and performance issues.
- Ensure websites are optimized for speed, responsiveness, and basic SEO.
- Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and plugins when required.
- Perform website updates, backups, and regular maintenance.
- Collaborate with designers, SEO teams, and project managers to deliver projects on time.
Required Skills
- 6 months–1 year of hands-on experience with WordPress development.
- Good knowledge of WordPress CMS, themes, and plugins.
- Basic to good knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Elementor or other WordPress page builders.
- Understanding of responsive web design.
- Basic knowledge of MySQL and website hosting/cPanel.
- Familiarity with website performance and basic SEO practices.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of WooCommerce.
- Experience with custom WordPress theme/plugin development.
- Basic understanding of Git/version control.
- Familiarity with Elementor Pro, ACF, or similar WordPress tools.
