We are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) to support our Sustainability team. You will gain hands-on experience with a focus in learning and development tasks and get to know the day-to-day business of an internationally operating company-
You will take responsibility, work independently and support Buyln's Sustainability Team through the following tasks.
BuyIn is supporting DT and Orange in achieving their ambitious sustainability targets. This is calling for the combination of both, fact-based expertise and creativity. As a working student, you will drive and support BuyIn’s activities to enhance sustainability performance in the supply chain. You will work on further strengthening sustainability requirements in the supplier selection process. You will as well digitize data intake. Also, you will work in selected strategic projects to improve sustainability / carbon footprint together with key vendors including various global players from the IT and NT industry. Sustainability matters in our vendor selection process already today – together with you we want to take the next step!
Your profile
Enrolled student in Economical / business administration, techno-economical or technical background (Electrical/Mechanical/Network)
You have fun at work, you like to work in a team and you want to make an impact in the things you do
Interest in telecommunication or network technologies and/or manufacturing industries
Previous internships and practical engineering experience are an important decision criteria
Capability to identify cost drivers, understand their specifications and group them into functionalities
Fluid in advanced Excel skills, some basic programming and interest to master PowerBI automation and AI frameworks
Willingness to work independently and to adapt quickly to new and challenging tasks
Systematic approach, confidence to research information and to present them to the team
Analytical mind-set, strong problem solving skills and an ability to be pro-active with a sense of urgency
Eagerness to work on a multi-cultural, fast-changing and cross-functional environment
Mandatory fluency in English and German (B2), French as a plus
