About the role:

As a member of the Engineering Excellence and Continuous Improvement team, you will support the Lead in driving operational excellence, enabling status updates across stakeholders, and ensuring the project team can focus on delivering high‑quality results.

Your responsibilities:

Creation of communication material (e.g. communication letters, demos) Maintenance of share point, viva engage to ensure continuous update and information Creation of a scalable standard presentation set for the project which enables flexible use for different recipients Continuous status reporting based on input from main stakeholder

What you need:

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field.

  • Strong organizational skills and an independent, reliable working style.

  • Solid analytical thinking and ability to structure information clearly.

  • Confident communication in English; German is a plus.

  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

  • Availability of at least 15 hours per week

Bonus Points if You Have:

  • Experience with IBM RTC is a plus.

  • Prior experience in project management.

  • Familiarity with requirement management or product development processes.

  • Experience using data visualization or collaboration tools.

  • Interest in digitalization, automation, or process optimization.
