Your Role

  • Support ZEISS Digital Partners’ Communications teams across internal and strategic communications touchpoints

  • Maintain communication platforms and content channels, including intranet pages

  • Bring fresh ideas and create communication content for internal formats and channels, e.g., articles in German or English

  • Create and edit videos and other communication media

  • Support planning, coordination, and organization of internal events, workshops, and communication formats (on-site, hybrid, or remote)

  • Support planning and reporting of communications by creating presentations and structured overviews

  • Support community-focused communication activities as part of broader communications operations

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed at least 2 years of study, ideally with a background in corporate communications, marketing, change management, or business with excellent grades

  • First (internship) experience in corporate, startup, or agency environments, preferably in a communications department

  • Passion for communications, digital technologies, and digital transformation

  • Able to work independently, goal- and outcome-oriented, with a strong can-do attitude

  • Strong communication skills paired with empathy to navigate both corporate and “geeky/nerdy” environments

  • Initial MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel); knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or similar image/video editing programs is a plus

  • Interest in emerging communication technologies, digital collaboration tools, and AI-supported ways of working is a plus

  • Fluent German and English in spoken and written communication
