We are looking for our office in Weil am Rhein as soon as possible for you as a Working Student Legal fixed term (m/f/x).
Your Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule interviews with various departments to collect relevant information on data processing activities
Support the establishment and maintenance of Records of Processing Activities (RoPA / Verzeichnis von Verarbeitungstätigkeiten – VVT)
Gather, document, and maintain compliance-related information in a structured and accurate manner
Assist in ensuring that identified compliance requirements are properly documented and tracked
Collaborate closely with Legal, Compliance, and other business functions to support ongoing compliance initiatives
Your Profile
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in law, Business law, Compliance, IT Security, Data Protection, Business Administration or a comparable field
Interest in compliance, data protection, and regulatory topics
Strong organizational skills and a structured, detail-oriented way of working
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with different stakeholders
Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
