Workplace Experience Lead

At Thuma, we are seeking a highly organized, hospitality-driven Workplace Experience Lead to own the day-to-day operations of our Presidio headquarters while creating an exceptional experience for team members, vendors, candidates, and visitors.

 

This role combines office operations, hospitality, employee engagement, facilities coordination, and event execution into one highly visible position. You'll ensure the office operates efficiently while creating an environment where people feel welcomed, supported, and excited to come to work.

 

The ideal candidate shifts seamlessly between tactical execution and proactive problem-solving. You notice the details others miss, anticipate needs before they arise, and take pride in creating a workplace that reflects Thuma’s culture and values. You enjoy serving others, building relationships, and delivering a first-class experience in every interaction.

 

This role is part of the People team and owns day-to-day office operations, onboarding support, employee engagement initiatives, and coordination of team onsites while partnering closely with the people team, IT, Recruiting, and cross-functional teams.

 

This role is onsite five days per week in the San Francisco office.
