About the Role

We are seeking an organised and adaptable Workplace Manager responsible for overseeing daily office operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and creating a welcoming environment. You will collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams and manage events effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office maintenance and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers, focusing on their efficacy and adherence to company values.
  • Source and evaluate service providers based on current needs and issues (e.g., CSR, social inclusion).
  • Oversee office renovations, space optimisation, decorations, and purchases.
  • Maintain communication with IT and HR departments for managing office technology.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages and manage the office email address.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Anticipate office needs and propose budgeted activities for team engagement.
  • Track budgets and invoicing processes to create an optimal working environment.
  • Assist in organising events and providing hospitality for clients and visitors.
  • Welcome guests and respond to talent requests, ensuring a positive experience for all.

About You

The essentials:

  • Proficiency in office management and coordination skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with good prioritisation abilities.
  • Autonomous, diplomatic, and proactive, with a commitment to confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on service and hospitality.
  • Familiarity with technical and computer skills, preferably experience with Google Suite.
