About The Role
As a workshop engineer at Talent 360, your role will involve designing and manufacturing molds.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in SolidWorks and AutoCAD, as well as experience in air duct systems and sheet metal fabrication.
Responsibilities
- Design and manufacture mechanical components.
- Design and fabricate metal molds and dies according to production requirements.
- Monitor and supervise daily workshop operations.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance departments to support manufacturing needs.
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the workshop.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (production & mechanical design preferred).
0–1 year of experience in designing and manufacturing molds, dies, and mechanical components.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
