Tax, plainly

TDS:
2% on commission, and only once we've paid you over ₹20,000 in a financial year. Below that, nothing is deducted.
PAN:
Required before your first payout. Without one the rate is higher, so it's worth doing upfront.
Form 16A:
We issue it, so you can claim the deduction against your own return.
GST:
Only relevant if you're registered. If you have a GSTIN, invoice us with GST and we pay it. If you don't, nothing changes for you.

Monthly. A commission is confirmed 30 days after your referral pays, which covers the refund window, and is then included in the next payout run.
₹500 on your first. After that it is a percentage of what the customer pays, starting at 10% and rising to 50% with volume. Our plans run from ₹399 to ₹2,499, so the amount varies with what your audience buys.
You still get paid. We track the link and the code separately, and either one credits you. This is the main reason the code exists.
A 60-day cookie on the link. The code has no expiry: anyone who uses it is credited to you whenever they use it.
No. But you get a free Pro seat with no time limit when you join, and we would rather you used it before recommending us to anyone.
That commission is not paid. This is why confirmation waits 30 days rather than paying immediately and clawing it back later.
No. Self-referrals are not eligible, and it is not a route to a discount on your own account.
Yes to your own content and channels. No to bidding on NextRaise brand terms in search, which competes with us for traffic we already pay for.
No. We have partners in the low thousands who convert better than accounts twenty times the size, because their audience is actually job hunting.
Yes. International payouts are supported. India is our largest market so most of our partners are there, but the programme is open globally.
For Indian partners: TDS at 2%, and only once we have paid you over ₹20,000 in a financial year. You will need a PAN before your first payout, and we issue Form 16A so you can claim it against your own return. GST only applies if you are registered.
Yes, and several of our partners do exactly that. We handle the per-role tailoring at volume, between your sessions. What we cannot do is decide what story a person should tell or which roles they should target. That is your work, and a tool does not replace it.
