1. Privacy Policy
At NextRaise (a product of ThreeDots Inc), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.
Information We Collect
- Account Information: Name, email address, and login credentials.
- Resume Data: Uploaded resumes, professional details, skills, and scores.
- Job Application Data: Saved jobs, referral messages, AI-generated content.
- Chrome Extension Data: Job autofill details, referral requests, and generated messages.
- Google Account Data: If you choose to connect Gmail or Google Calendar, we access a strictly limited set of Google user data. See Section 2 - Google User Data for the exact scopes we request, what each one is used for, how long we keep it, and how to revoke it.
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, and cookies.
How We Use Your Data
- To generate referral messages, job applications, and resume scores.
- To personalize your dashboard and Chrome extension features.
- To read and write the calendar events involved in interview and assessment scheduling, for users who connect Google Calendar.
- To send referral and outreach emails from your own Gmail address, when you have connected Gmail and pressed send.
- To improve our AI models and product features - excluding all Google user data, which is never used for this purpose (see Section 2).
- To provide customer support and resolve issues.
Data Sharing
- We do not sell your data.
- Data may be shared with trusted AI/hosting providers (e.g., Google Cloud, OpenAI APIs) to deliver services. Google user data is excluded from this: it is never sent to any third-party AI provider (see Section 2).
- Google user data is accessed through Google's OAuth 2.0 APIs and is handled under the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. See Section 2.
- Strict contracts and safeguards are in place to protect your information.
Security
- Encrypted HTTPS connections and secure storage.
- Internal access limited by strict protocols.
User Rights
- You can delete your account anytime.
- You may request removal of your resume data.
- You can disconnect Gmail or Google Calendar at any time from Profile → Integrations. Disconnecting revokes our access at Google immediately and deletes the stored token.
- We never access a Google, Gmail, or LinkedIn account without your explicit consent on Google's own consent screen.
Cookies
- We use minimal cookies for login sessions and performance.
- No advertising or tracking cookies.
2. Google User Data
NextRaise uses Google APIs for sign-in and for two optional integrations. Every Google permission below is requested on Google's own consent screen, at the moment you turn the feature on - never bundled into sign-up, and never enabled by default. You can use NextRaise fully without granting any of them.
Exactly what we request, and why

These are the only Google user data scopes NextRaise requests. We do not request access to Google Drive, Contacts, Photos, or your mailbox contents.
Limited Use disclosure
NextRaise's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Concretely, and without exception:
- No AI or ML training. Google user data is never used to train, retrain, fine-tune, evaluate, or improve any AI or machine-learning model, ours or anyone else's.
- No third-party AI providers. Google user data is never transmitted to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or any other third-party AI or LLM service. The email body you send through Gmail is composed before the Gmail permission is used, and the Gmail API is only ever handed the finished message.
- No sale or transfer. Google user data is never sold, rented, or transferred to third parties, and is never used for advertising, ad targeting, remarketing, credit assessment, lending, or any data-brokerage purpose.
- No human reading. No NextRaise employee or contractor reads your Google user data, except where you have given explicit consent for a specific support request, where it is necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), or where we are required to by law.
- Prominent user-facing use only. Google user data is used only to provide the user-facing features described in the table above, which are visible in the NextRaise interface.
Storage, retention, and deletion
- We store an encrypted OAuth refresh token so the integration keeps working between sessions. Tokens are encrypted at rest and are never exposed to the browser or the Chrome extension.
- For Gmail we store the address you connected and a record of the messages you sent through NextRaise (recipient, subject, timestamp) so the product can show your outreach history and enforce the daily send limit. We do not store mailbox contents, because we cannot read them.
- Disconnecting an integration revokes the token at Google immediately and deletes it from our systems. Deleting your NextRaise account deletes all associated Google tokens and integration records.
- You can also revoke NextRaise's access at any time, independently of us, at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- To request deletion of Google user data outside the app, email hello@nextraise.ai and we will action it within 30 days.
3. Payment Policy
Plans and Billing:
NextRaise offers paid plans of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months and 5 months for advanced job-hunting features. Payment is required upfront for the chosen term. How a plan is billed depends on where you buy it:
- In India (prices in INR), every plan is a one-time purchase. You pay once for the term and it does not renew.
- Outside India (prices in USD), every plan is an auto-renewing subscription. It renews automatically at the end of each term, for the same term at the plan's regular price, until you cancel. Any discount applies to the first payment only.
Payment Methods:
We accept major debit/credit cards, UPI, and other supported payment gateways.
Renewal:
One-time plans do not auto-renew - access simply ends at the end of the paid term, and you can buy again whenever you choose. This includes plans bought as one-time payments outside India before subscriptions were introduced.
Subscriptions renew at the end of each term unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from Profile → Billing in your account. Canceling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Subscriptions purchased before one-time billing was introduced follow the same rules.
Billing Issues:
If payment fails, we may suspend account access until the issue is resolved.
4. Refund Policy
No Refunds:
All payments for paid plans, whether one-time purchases or subscription charges (including renewals), are non-refundable. Once a payment is made, it cannot be refunded, partially or fully, regardless of usage.
Cancellation:
If you have a subscription, you may cancel it at any time from Profile → Billing, and your access will continue until the end of the billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for unused time. One-time plans have nothing to cancel: they end on their own at the end of the paid term.
