What is LoopCV?

LoopCV is a job search automation tool. You create a "loop", a saved search with a job title, a location and filters, and LoopCV runs it every day. These are the main parts of loopcv.pro:

• Auto apply. Collects new matching jobs daily and fills in application forms. LoopCV names LinkedIn, Indeed and Glassdoor among 30+ platforms.
• Recruiter emails. Finds a company or recruiter email and sends your template with your CV attached. Paid plans send it from your own email address.
• A/B testing and analytics. Upload several CVs and see which performs best, with opens and replies tracked per loop.
• Manual review. Turn automation off for a loop, or use One-Click Apply, and approve each job yourself.
• Apply Tool. Its Chrome extension applies to matched jobs on LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice and Reed while you stay logged in to those sites.
• Other tools. CV tailoring to each job posting and a CV builder on paid plans, plus a CV checker, cover letters, mock interviews, a job tracker and a company exclusion list.

How LoopCV works

1. Create a loop. Enter a job title, a location, your experience level and your CV. You can limit it to remote jobs or chosen job boards.
2. Pick an email template. Use one of LoopCV's or write your own. Your CV is attached to every email.
3. Set the automation. Switch automated applications and emails on or off, choose a match level (low, middle or high) and list keywords or companies to skip.
4. Let it run. LoopCV collects new matches every day (every hour on the top plan) and applies or emails within your plan's monthly limit.
5. Read the results. The dashboard shows each loop's applications, opens and replies, so you can swap a CV or template that is not working.

If few applications go out, LoopCV's help center points to three causes: filters that are too strict, a location with few jobs, or a match level set too high.

How much does LoopCV cost?

LoopCV has a free plan and three paid plans, billed monthly. These are the euro prices on its in-app pricing screen. Its public pricing page shows prices in your local currency, so the figure you see may differ.

A 3 Months option saves up to 25%, but the screen does not show the 3-month prices.

Before you pay:

• Refunds. Available within 7 days of purchase, and only if you have used no more than 10% of your plan's application quota.
• Cancelling. Cancel anytime in your account settings. You keep access until the end of the billing period.
• Students. 20% off any plan with a university email and proof of enrollment.

Is LoopCV worth it?

It depends on whether your problem is volume or fit.

• Good value for a broad search. For a common job title in a large market, 100 or 300 applications a month is cheap, and the analytics show which CV gets replies.
• Weaker for niche roles. LoopCV's own reviews page says matches can be weaker for very niche job titles.
• The free plan is a test, not a search. 10 applications a month, with no CV tailoring or emails from your own address, shows how loops work but will not carry a job hunt.

Keep manual review on for the first week, then switch on automation only for loops whose matches look right.

Is LoopCV legit?

Yes. LoopCV is a registered company with a working product, not a scam. Here is what you can check:

• The company. The Chrome Web Store lists the developer as LOOPCV TECHNOLOGIES P.C., an EU trader in Athens, Greece. Its terms apply Greek law, and its site gives a Thessaloniki address.
• Track record. LoopCV says it launched in 2019, and lists a first prize at the 2026 Stelios Awards for Young Entrepreneurs in Greece.
• Public listings. On Trustpilot, LoopCV scores 3.9 from 131 reviews. It has claimed its profile, invites customers to review and replies to every negative review. The Apply Tool extension has 30,000 users and a 3.4 rating.
• Its own claims. "61% of users get an interview in the first 10 days" comes from LoopCV's homepage, which does not say how it was measured.
• Your data. The extension handles personal information, web history and website content, per its store listing. Read LoopCV's privacy policy before you connect your job board accounts.

What users say about LoopCV

• Split on Trustpilot. 64% of reviews give five stars and 20% give one star, so experiences vary a lot.
• What people like. Helpful support staff, a clean dashboard for several loops, and time saved.
• Common complaints. Auto apply failing on some Easy Apply steps, few or poor matches, emails reaching the wrong roles, a small free plan and slow refunds.
• Reddit. In r/jobsearchhacks, a job seeker tested LoopCV and several other auto apply tools for a month and shared the results in I used all of the AI job application autofill tools at once to see if any of them work. Several commenters say mass applying with generic resumes rarely led to interviews. Some suggest tailoring the resume to each job and applying directly instead.
• Reddit, outside tech. In r/Germany_Jobs, a healthcare job seeker asked Do AI-based job application tools like LoopCV or LazyApply actually work?. No commenter reported using LoopCV. One reply, from someone who says they work in the job board industry, warns that job boards filter bot traffic, so mass applications can be ignored.

What LoopCV does well

• Real automation. Once a loop is set up, it applies or emails every day with no more work from you.
• Recruiter emails from your own address. On paid plans it finds a contact and emails your CV from your own email address, alongside applying.
• You can measure it. CV A/B tests and reply tracking show which CV and template get answers.
• You choose how hands-off. Manual review lets you approve jobs, and the exclusion list keeps your current employer out.
• Low entry price. A free plan with no card, and 20% off for students.

• A thin free plan. 10 applications a month, with no CV tailoring, no emails from your own address and no screening answers.
• Automatic means unreviewed. With automation on, nothing waits for you. Manual review fixes this but removes most of the time saving.
• Volume caps. 10, 100, 300 or up to 1,000 applications a month, depending on the plan.
• Screening answers start on Premium. Standard does not fill in screening questions for you.
• Tight refund window. 7 days, and only if you have used 10% or less of your quota.

Does LoopCV work outside the US?

Yes. LoopCV is based in Greece and is not tied to one country. You set each loop's location as a city and country, and Premium adds wider regional job coverage. Its help center names StepStone and GulfTalent next to LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice and Reed. LoopCV says it has users in 90+ countries but publishes no list of supported countries.

Matches depend on how many jobs its boards carry where you are, so test a broad loop on the free plan first.
