0365 Tenant Migration Architect

Years – 12+yrs Work Mode: Remote(Initially 2 weeks need to visit client Location) Expertise in Office 365 Tenant to Tenant Migration • Migration tool - Avepoint Fly Migration Tool for Migration of SharePoint, OneDrive, Mailboxes, Groups, Teams, and Teams Chat • Should work in night shifts too (EST time zone) SharePoint / Collaboration SME • Contributes to technical design, discovery & schedule • Performs pre-migration assessments (sites, libraries, permissions, workflows etc.) • Oversees execution of SPO content ensuring data integrity, permission mapping etc. • Undertakes optimization via post-migration content validation, (re)configuring customizations etc. MS Exchange - Messaging SME • Contributes to technical design, discovery & schedule • Performs pre-migration assessments (mailboxes, calendars, public folders etc.) • Oversees execution of EXO content ensuring data integrity, mail flow, cross-tenant routing etc. • Undertakes post-migration validation, verifying deliverability, and troubleshooting etc. Endpoint Engineer SME • Develops/tests custom or relevant scripts to automate the first login to O365 clients post M365 migration with minimal user interaction • Ensures targeted relevance for deployment across multiple source endpoint management solutions (Endpoint Mgr, Intune, Tanium) • Supports deployment and performs troubleshooting where relevant Migration Factory Engineers • Expertise in Avepoint tool • Migration Toolset operation within required shift pattern • Feedback success/error reports • Migrate and cut-over in-scope users, items, data per schedule
