Position Overview

The Change Management & Communications Specialist will work with business units across a large, matrixed organization to guide and influence change within key projects and transformations. This role partners with internal clients to understand upcoming people, process, system, behavior, and culture changes, and is responsible for building and driving the change plans, artifacts, communications, and deliverables needed to support successful adoption.

Education & Experience

  • Associates degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred and 3-5 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, transformation leadership, or strategic communication OR
  • Master's degree and 2-3 years of experience
  • Comparable backgrounds: Change Management consultant, communications representative, public relations specialist, program manager, or executive coach
