Claims Investigation & Resolution

• Manage and conduct end-to-end investigations relating to electronic banking transaction disputes, claims, exceptions, and discrepancies.

• Review transaction records, supporting documents, system logs, and customer information to determine root causes and resolution actions.

• Liaise with internal stakeholders, business units, correspondent banks, and external parties to facilitate timely investigation and resolution.

• Monitor outstanding investigation cases and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

• Identify recurring issues and recommend preventive measures to reduce operational incidents and customer impact.

Product Settlement & Reconciliation

• Perform and oversee settlement activities for electronic banking products and services to ensure timely and accurate processing.

• Conduct daily reconciliation and balancing activities to maintain financial and operational integrity.

• Investigate and resolve settlement breaks, unreconciled items, and operational discrepancies.

• Ensure accurate accounting entries and compliance with established operational procedures and controls.

• Escalate settlement risks and operational issues promptly for timely remediation.

Cash Management Services (CMS) Operations

• Support day-to-day operations of Cash Management Services.

• Process and administer customer requests relating to cash management products.

• Ensure operational activities comply with established procedures, service standards, and regulatory requirements.

Risk, Control & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to operational risk controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.

• Identify, assess, and escalate potential operational risks, control weaknesses, and process gaps.

• Support audit reviews, compliance assessments, regulatory examinations, and risk management initiatives.

• Maintain accurate operational records, documentation, and evidence for audit and compliance purposes.

• Participate in incident management, service recovery, and business continuity activities.
