Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Marine Engineering, or relevant field preferred.
- Prior experience in shipping operations or ship management roles within the APAC region.
- Knowledge of international maritime regulations and industry best practices.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in multi-cultural and multinational environments.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to travel or relocate as required by the position.
