Pensions Insurance

Join Isio as a Pensions Insurance Project Management Graduate Analyst and build a career helping clients manage complex projects in the pensions insurance market. You will support major transactions where pension schemes transfer financial risk to insurance companies, working with colleagues and clients to plan activity, monitor progress and deliver clear outcomes.

You will work alongside experienced project management and pensions specialists, gaining direct client exposure while developing transferable skills in project delivery, communication, financial management and consulting.

You will be employed on a permanent basis from the start. Your responsibilities will grow as your skills, knowledge and confidence develop.

What does the role entail?

Professional Qualifications: This role offers flexibility to suit your ultimate professional aspirations. Depending on your existing qualifications and interest you would be supported in working to achieve professional qualifications awarded by one of the following:

  • Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFOA) - working to full qualification as an Actuary

  • Pensions Management Institute (PMI)

  • Association of Project Management (APM)

Length of programme

You are employed on a permanent basis from the start of this graduate role. It is expected to take around two to five years to achieve your chosen professional qualification.

Location and working pattern

This role is based in our Glasgow office.

Expected office attendance, including the first few months is four days per week minimum in office and then two/three days a week in the office moving forwards.

The pattern will reflect client, team and learning needs. Reasonable adjustments will be considered where appropriate.
