If you are an undergraduate HR student looking to jump start your career, we are offering a 13-month full time or part time internship based at our Perth office. This is a unique opportunity to gain skills and knowledge while you are working full time commencing 27th January 2027. The Total Rewards Operations Intern program provides exposure to the student in the areas of 1) Employee Benefits and Wellness 2) Global OnBoarding and 3) Project Management across a broad geographical environment which include relationships with stakeholders in South Pacific and Southeast Asia as well as the US.
In this role you will make an impact in the following ways:
