3D Modeling Artist
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced 3D Modeling Artist with strong expertise in high-quality 3D asset creation for CGI and real-time workflows. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling projects, delivering production-ready assets, and maintaining high quality standards across deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-poly, highly detailed models for CGI workflows.
- Develop optimized low-poly models suitable for GLB / real-time pipelines.
- Understand client requirements clearly and follow defined modeling guidelines.
- Ensure high-quality output and consistency across projects.
- Optimize models for performance without compromising visual quality.
- Contribute ideas for workflow improvement and production efficiency.
- Stay updated with and use the latest 3D AI tools to enhance productivity.
- Independently handle projects from requirement understanding to final delivery.
- Ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality benchmarks.
Technical Skills Required:
- Strong expertise in any one (or more) of:
- Autodesk Maya
- Blender
- 3ds Max
- Advanced knowledge of:
- High-poly & detailed modeling (CGI pipeline)
- Low-poly optimization for GLB / real-time workflow
- Strong sculpting skills in ZBrush
- Knowledge of organic and hard-surface sculpting workflows
- Basic working knowledge of Marvelous Designer (for cloth simulation)
- Strong understanding of topology, UV mapping, and model optimization
- Familiarity with latest AI-based 3D tools and automation workflows

Experience Required:
