  • Perform physically demanding manufacturing duties including: repetitive processes, moderate to heavy lifting, the use of machinery, and following standardized work procedures
  • Inspection of small components
  • Operate hoist, gauges, air tools, engus reamer, hand cart, lift table, lift cart, pallet jack, spring tester
  • Properly identify component parts by learning identification numbers
  • Adhere to established work rotation plan
  • Complete training matrix for each rotation position
  • Ability to read and understand Work Station Instructions
  • Other tasks and/or duties as requested
  • Actively participate in improving work area in terms of safety, quality, attendance, productivity, suggestion activities, housekeeping, and throughput
  • Install and assemble components for heavy-duty trucks
  • Use computer systems to access company data associated with the assembly process, utilize drawings, bills of materials and specification sheets in both electronic and hard copy

Inside the Role

This position is responsible for inspecting springs, bolts, gears, S60/MBE/HDEP head parts, misc. engine parts and DT12 transmission parts by way of the established remanufacturing process. Associate is responsible for using enges reamer, spring tester, misc. gauges, hoist, air tools.

This position offers:

  • Starting pay of $19.55/hr. up to top pay of $27.59/hr.*
  • Quarterly gainsharing bonus potential

*additional shift differential for off shifts
