Your Role
- Manage day-to-day operations and support for the data platform.
- Lead incident management activities, including triage, escalation, resolution tracking, and closure.
- Coordinate with cross-functional technical teams to resolve complex platform and distributed system issues.
- Provide timely stakeholder updates, status reporting, and management communication.
- Support operational reporting on incidents, SLAs, risks, open issues, and service performance.
- Maintain and improve SOPs, runbooks, support documentation, and escalation processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes and service reliability.
- Ensure strong ownership, accountability, and follow-through until issue closure.
`Required Experience & Skills
- 8-15 years of experience in operations, support or similar roles.
- Strong experience in incident management, escalation handling, and stakeholder communication.
- Good understanding of ITSM / ITIL practices, SLA management, and RCA processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Structured, methodical, and ownership-driven approach to problem-solving.
