Access Control and CCTV Supervisor

Job Title: Access Control and CCTV Supervisor Location: Birmingham Salary: From £38,000 to £42,000 per annum Are you looking for an Access Control and CCTV Supervisor position working in Birmingham? As an Access Control and CCTV Supervisor, you will be expected to oversee security system works on site, support engineers, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required standard. You will be working for an established security company managing installation and maintenance activity across the region. Responsibilities: ● Supervise engineers carrying out access control and CCTV works ● Ensure projects are completed to programme and required standards ● Provide technical support and site coordination during live works ● Complete site reports and maintain accurate project documentation Experience and Certifications required: ● A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role ● Strong background in access control and CCTV installation and maintenance ● Experience supervising engineers or small teams on site ● ECS / CSCS Card preferred ● Manufacturer training beneficial Please apply with an up-to-date CV for more information.
