  • Daily media/social monitoring for a variety of clients – owned, earned, paid
  • Handling all aspects of media/influencer mailers
  • Coordinating fact checks and sample requests
  • Developing and updating client reports and media/influencer lists
  • Writing: research reports, wrap reports and MRP/measurement reports, social copy and content calendars, proofreading and editing
  • Research skills – competitive intelligence, new business
  • Assisting with special event logistics including sourcing and liaising with vendors, onsite event support
  • Working with clients on consumer interactions and media requests
  • Working with the influencer team on various campaigns
  • Participating in brainstorms, agency staff meetings and any agency training taking place
  • Administrative — coordination of meetings, meeting notes, supplier liaison, UPS/FedEX, internal and external marketing

COMPENSATION 

APEX PR is committed to offering competitive pay for the role and experience that the candidate brings. The salary range for this role is $45,000to $55,000, depending on experience.   


This is a full time position at 40 hours a week but may also require after office hours or weekend attendance due to events or client initiatives.
