Account Executive

You'd be joining the largest sub-team in the Sales Team that focuses on the North America market and is ready to grow further. Your daily tasks will include:

• Working with high-profile B2B leads and customers from North America

• Building a sales pipeline by working with the Sales Development team

• Managing the sales process to discover customer needs, engaging in value-based conversations, and proactively working with prospects throughout the buying process

• Collaborating with other Printful departments to satisfy customer needs

• Achieving quarterly sales objectives and accurately estimate sales trends

Your qualifications:

• Experience in outbound sales

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Ability to work in a team

• Determination to succeed in sales

• Great communication and listening skills

• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

What we offer:

• Monthly compensation of 3,200 euros gross upon achieving the set goals, which consists of a base salary of 1,700 euros gross and a variable compensation (if the set goals are exceeded, the total compensation can be significantly higher)
