  • Provide structured sales and administrative support to Sales Account Managers, helping to ensure customer activity is accurate, timely and well coordinated.
  • Support day-to-day transactional sales activity, including tender creation, pricing and renewal administration, customer queries, reporting and CRM management.
  • Enable Sales Account Managers to focus on customer relationships, commercial activity and account delivery by providing accurate information and effective internal follow-up.
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations and wider internal teams to keep customer activity moving efficiently and ensure a consistent level of service.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales data, supporting compliance with GDPR, Information Security and internal sales processes.
  • Ensure queries and requests are handled promptly and escalated where appropriate.

Full description from employer

You will provide structured sales and administrative support to Sales Account Managers, helping to ensure customer activity is accurate, timely and well coordinated. The role plays an important part in supporting day-to-day transactional sales activity, including tender creation, pricing and renewal administration, customer queries, reporting and CRM management. By providing accurate information and effective internal follow-up, you enable Sales Account Managers to focus on customer relationships, commercial activity and account delivery.

You will work closely with Sales, Operations and wider internal teams to keep customer activity moving efficiently and ensure a consistent level of service. The Account Executive is responsible for maintaining accurate customer and sales data, supporting compliance with GDPR, Information Security and internal sales processes, and ensuring queries and requests are handled promptly and escalated where appropriate.

This is a Fixed Term contract/Secondment opportunity until 31/10/2027
