What you'll do

  • Support the Account Lead and wider team in the planning, coordination and delivery of the client's Asia Pacific sponsorship initiatives.
  • Provide day-to-day account and operational support, including maintaining trackers and documentation, coordinating meetings and actions, contract administration, and supporting internal agency and client processes.
  • Support sponsorship asset management and approvals, including maintaining rights and asset trackers, reviewing materials against sponsorship and IP guidelines, and coordinating client and rights-holder approvals.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support sponsorship commercialisation, activation and planning, including sponsorship landscapes, competitor activity, industry trends, case studies and potential partnership opportunities.
  • Support the development and maintenance of client and sponsorship materials, including presentations, sell-in materials, toolkits, reports and calendars.
  • Support the coordination and delivery of events, activations and talent/athlete engagements, including logistics and on-site execution where required.
  • Collaborate with regional and global account teams to coordinate information, requirements and deliverables across the wider sponsorship portfolio.
  • Stay informed on developments across the sports, entertainment and sponsorship landscape, proactively sharing relevant trends, campaigns, case studies and opportunities with the team.
  • Liaise with client teams, rights holders, agencies, vendors and other stakeholders to gather information, coordinate deliverables and proactively follow up on outstanding actions.
  • Support internal financial administration, including maintaining budget trackers and coordinating purchase orders, invoices and payment processes under the direction of the Account Lead.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables, working independently to seek out information and progress work while escalating issues where appropriate.

The Role and What You’ll Do: 

The Account Executive will support the day-to-day management and delivery of the client's Global, regional and local sponsorship portfolios – activating in Asia Pacific across account operations, sponsorship research, asset management, approvals and project execution and results management and tracking.
