About this role

We're building the company which will de-risk the largest infrastructure build-out in history.

When people finance GPU clusters, the datacenters housing them, and the infrastructure powering them, they need "offtake" - meaning someone has signed a contract to lease the cluster for a period of time before its even built.

Financing a GPU cluster is inherently risky, since margins are thin and volumes are huge. Lenders don't want to take on the risk that cluster developers can't repay their loan, and cluster developers really don't want to risk not selling their cluster. As a result, risk is offloaded to the customer using fixed-price long-term contracts.

If you don't mitigate this customer risk, there's a bubble. This isn't SaaS anymore - application layer companies sign multi-year contracts for computer and inference, but sell to customers on monthly subscriptions. If you mess up a purchase, it's game over: a minor shift in your revenue growth rate might mean the difference between profit or bankruptcy. But what if companies could exit their contract by selling it back to the market?

Otherwise, as AI scales, compute only becomes available to folks who can effectively take on that risk. A 2-person startup in a San Francisco Victorian can't realistically sign a 5-year take or pay contract on $100m supercomputers. But they may be able to buy the month of liquidity that someone else sold back.

So that's what we make: a liquid market for GPU offtake.

About the role

This role helps grow and manage our GPU compute supply by bringing new providers into the network and keeping deals moving from initial conversation through contract and onboarding. You’ll work closely with providers, engineering, and legal to evaluate capacity, gather technical and commercial details, and unblock the contract pipeline. The role also owns pipeline tracking, account mapping, and reporting, helping us build a more diverse and scalable supply base.

What You Will Do

Provider Intake & Supply Management

  • Source and onboard new GPU providers, securing additional compute capacity and diversifying our supply base

  • Run first-touch intake calls with prospective GPU providers, gathering hardware specs, pricing, and availability

  • Help vet incoming BOMs against SFC's cluster requirements, flagging gaps or non-standard components

  • Keep provider profiles and capacity trackers current as new information comes in

Contract Triage & Follow-Up

  • Track contracts through redline, review, and signature stages, flagging where things are stuck

  • Own follow-ups with providers and internal stakeholders (legal, engineering) to keep deals moving

  • Maintain a clear log of open items, owners, and deadlines across the contract pipeline

Pipeline Organization & Reporting

  • Own deal tracking, pipeline reporting, and CRM hygiene

  • Run tight weekly reporting on pipeline stages and blockers

  • Draft and maintain marketing collateral for providers: one-pagers, proposals, flyers, and decks

Account Mapping & Sales Enablement

  • Map accounts and identify new prospective partners across datacenters, GPU operators, and financing groups interested in compute investment

  • Draft and maintain marketing collateral for providers: one-pagers, proposals, flyers, and decks

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2–4 years in partnerships, deal desk, BD, or a similar coordination-heavy role, preferably in B2B infrastructure, cloud, or marketplace businesses

  • Pre-existing network across datacenter operators, neoclouds, or hyperscalers

  • Detail-oriented, comfortable owning a high volume of contracts, follow-ups, and trackers without things slipping

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

  • High ownership and bias to action

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to AI/ML workloads or GPU hardware specs

  • Experience with contract redlining or deal desk workflows

  • Comfortable reading a BOM or technical spec sheet

  • Worked closely with technical or legal teams, even if not an expert in either
