  • Serve as clients' main point of contact, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Advocate for clients' needs and coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Support other teams in communication with a client
  • Maintain accurate client records, communications, and account activity in Salesforce
  • Prepare regular reports and updates on account status and progress

We are seeking highly motivated, goal driven self-starters to join our growing team. As an Account Growth Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and growing client relationships, identifying their needs, and ensuring their best experience with our product.  This role is an excellent opportunity for those aspiring to grow into a successful career in Account Management and Sales in the ticket marketplace. 

Location: Hybrid (3 days in office/2 days remote) – New York, NY

What You'll Do: 

  • Market share growth and relationship management:

The anticipated gross base pay range is below for this role. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of StubHub’s total compensation and competitive benefits package, which includes equity, 401(k), paid time off, paid parental leave, and comprehensive health benefits. 

Salary Range
$80,000—$90,000 USD
