Role Summary:

As an Account Manager at PatSnap, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer success and revenue growth by managing a portfolio of innovative clients from various industries. This position is at the heart of building lasting relationships, driving renewals, and uncovering opportunities for expansion. You’ll collaborate with some of the world’s leading innovators ensuring they derive maximum value from PatSnap’s solutions while achieving your retention and growth targets. If you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, are customer-obsessed, and have a passion for innovation and life sciences, this role is your opportunity to make an impact!

This is a hybrid position in our London, UK office with the expectation to work from the office on Wednesdays. You are welcome to work out of the office more often if you wish!

What You’ll Be Doing:
