Role Overview
We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager with a strong background in E-commerce and Quick-Commerce growth. In this role, you will bridge data analytics and creative strategy to run high-ROI digital campaigns, manage marketplace ecosystems, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across performance channels, E-commerce marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart), and Quick Commerce platforms.
- Quick Commerce Growth: Drive user acquisition, visibility, and sales across quick commerce platforms leveraging data-backed insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with internal strategy, creative, media, and analytics teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Performance Tracking: Analyse campaign performance metrics, optimize ad spend, and generate actionable insights to maximize ROI and sales velocity.
- Project Management: Manage dynamic priorities, multi-task across accounts, and consistently deliver high-quality output under tight deadlines.
Requirements & Qualifications
Work Experience
- Overall Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing role (agency background preferred).
- Ecommerce Focus: Minimum 2 years dedicated to E-commerce marketing and marketplace strategies.
- Quick Commerce Focus: Minimum 1 year of direct experience managing Quick Commerce platforms (e.g., Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, or similar).
