Account Manager – Technical Building Services/M&E

Location: Morley, Leeds (Office Based)

Salary: Up to £40,000 + Performance Bonus (OTE £45,000-£50,000)

Hours: 07:30am – 4:30pm (Flexibility as required)

Holidays: 23 days + Statutory

If this sounds like you, a leading specialist supplier to the M&E sector is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their growing commercial team.

What’s the role about?

As Account Manager, you'll take ownership of an established portfolio of approximately 250-300 customer accounts, helping clients get maximum value from the business whilst increasing account spend and identifying new project opportunities.

You'll work closely with technical specialists, acting as the commercial relationship lead and ensuring customers receive exceptional support throughout their projects.

Requirements

About You

We're interested in people who can build relationships and deliver commercial results, regardless of sector background (the ideal experience candidate would have exposure to telling technical products within the building services/construction sector) You might currently be an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, Internal Sales Executive, Technical Account Manager, or Commercial Account Manager.

You'll likely have:

  • Proven account management experience with responsibility for customer growth
  • A consultative, solution-led approach to selling
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
