Account Service Manager - Elevator/Lift

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow key accounts in the elevator/lift industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Understand client needs and provide customized solutions and technical support.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and reports.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and resolve issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or sales roles within the similar industry.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel.
