Job Title: Junior Accountant Location: Kamrej, Surat Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Experience: 1+ Years Industry: Automobile Parts Job Overview: We are looking for a Junior Accountant with strong hands-on expertise in Tally to manage the company's transition to Tally. The candidate should be capable of independently handling accounting data transition, entries, and day-to-day accounting operations. Key Responsibilities: Handle the complete transition of accounting records and data into Tally. Independently manage purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries. Ensure accurate and timely recording of all transactions in Tally. Maintain books of accounts and financial records. Prepare invoices and maintain accounting documentation. Perform bank and ledger reconciliations. Assist with GST-related accounting entries and documentation. Check and resolve discrepancies during the transition to Tally. Take ownership of day-to-day accounting activities in Tally. Requirements B.Com qualification preferred. 1+ years of accounting experience. Strong hands-on expertise in Tally is mandatory. Must be capable of independently handling accounting entries and the transition of records to Tally. Basic knowledge of GST, bookkeeping, and reconciliations. Good attention to detail and accuracy.
