The Opportunity:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Finance team in Exeter. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced finance professional who enjoys balancing financial control, reporting excellence, and continuous process improvement.

Reporting to the Financial Accountant, you will play an important role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting statutory and group reporting requirements, and ensuring the integrity of our financial processes. Acting as a bridge between the Financial Accountant and Assistant Accountants, you'll provide guidance and support to colleagues while helping drive consistency and efficiency across the wider finance function.

The role will involve:

You'll ideally bring:

  • AAT Level 4 qualification.

The Interview Process:

  • Screening video call via Microsoft Teams with a member of the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Personality questionnaire.
  • One-stage interview via Microsoft Teams or in person with the Line Manager/Hiring Manager and People Advisor. This will include competency-based questions.
