Accountant

MoMA is accepting applications for an Accountant to focus on accounts receivable management; to create and post month-end journal entries, research and resolve discrepancies (e.g., bank statements, income statements, balance sheets, grants), and upload travel and entertainment expenses. Supports the Manager of Investments, Fixed Assets and Donor Accounting with uploading monthly investment journal entries and fixed asset tasks. Implements the use of business intelligence systems to ensure process optimization. The ideal candidate will develop a highly customer service focused environment with an anticipatory, participative, cooperative operating style.
