What you'll do
- Handle primary accounting documents such as invoices, bank statements, and more
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in our Sage ERP system
- Manage the AP cycle, including recording invoices, preparing payments, and reconciliations
- Reconcile all balance sheet accounts, including but not limited to banking, customer, vendor, and accruals
- Prepare the trial balance and other materials for month-end close
- Participate in the preparation of tax returns and financial reports
- Assist with statutory and tax audits
- Work in tandem with the company's finance team members to successfully implement financial strategies
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or ACCA qualified or equivalent
- 2 + years of experience in accounting
- Proven experience in monthly and year-end closing processes
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Proficient in Excel
- Well-organized, motivated, and capable of working with limited supervision
Nice to have
- Experience in Sage, D365 or other ERP systems is an advantage

What You'll Do
