Our production plant in Poland, opened in 2018, supplies millions of high-end clamps, rings and ‘Quick Connectors’ solutions to customers in the vehicle and manufacturing industries. Our team is responsible for the V-Clamps and Straps product groups. These are used mostly for exhaust systems and tank fixation systems in the vehicle powertrain. Strengthen our team in Legnickie Pole (Legnica) at the earliest possible date!

Job Description

Position Summary

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Posting domestic and foreign purchase invoices
• Analyzing GR/IR accounts and investigating quantity and value discrepancies related to purchase orders on an ongoing basis
• Verifying and posting business travel expense claims and employee expense reimbursements
• Reviewing documents for formal, accounting, and tax compliance
• Monitoring accounts receivable and preparing payments reminder
• Reconciling balance sheet and profit & loss accounts
• Actively participating in month-end and year-end closing processes
• Supporting the preparation of financial statements and group reporting
• Assisting with the preparation of tax returns and tax-related reporting
• Cooperating with external auditors during financial audit
• Collaborating with internal departments and international finance teams
• Participating in accounting and tax projects, as well as initiatives aimed at improving financial processes

Qualifications

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar accounting role
• Bachelor-level degree in economics, finance, business administration or other field
• Practical knowledge of accounting processes within General Ledger,  Accounts Receivable,  Accounts Payable 
• Good knowledge of the Accounting Act and tax regulations, particularly VAT and CIT
• English proficiency at a level enabling effective everyday communication, both written and spoken
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and a high level of diligence

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA or a comparable ERP system
• Previous professional experience gained within an international organization and/or a manufacturing environment.
