​The Accounting Assistant supports day-to-day accounting operations with a primary focus on employee expense reimbursements, corporate credit card transaction processing, and Gainshare incentive administration. This role ensures accurate, timely processing and compliance with company policies while providing excellent internal customer service.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an accounting or finance support role.

  • Experience processing expense reimbursements and/or corporate credit cards.

  • Experience with expense management systems (e.g., Concur, Expensify, or similar) preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Travel: None

Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. Overtime may be required.
