What you'll do
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions (AP, AR, journal entries, bank reconciliation).
- Maintain accurate pharmacy inventory records and ensure stock reconciliation.
- Monitor purchase entries, sales entries, and stock adjustments.
- Coordinate with procurement and store departments for stock verification.
- Handle GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS statements.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal controls.
