About this role
Job Title: Accounts Executive
Location: Client Site – Pune Station
Experience: 2–3 Years (Preferably in a CA Firm)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a competent Accounts Executive to be stationed at our client location near Pune Station. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in core accounting functions, preferably with a CA firm, and hands-on exposure to payroll, statutory compliance, and investment accounting. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with senior management are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee gratuity, superannuation, LIC, and employee welfare-related accounting.
- Handle employee loans and reimbursements.
- Maintain compliance and accurate records using Tally and MS Excel.
- Track and account for FDs, mutual funds, stocks, ESOP activities and other investments.
- Prepare MIS reports and support audit requirements.
- Serve as a liaison with client-side higher authorities for finance-related matters.
Requirements:
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter with 2–3 years of experience (preferably CA firm background).
- Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and investment-related accounting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, reliable, and able to work independently at a client site.
Preferred Attributes:
- Exposure to client-facing roles or deputation at client locations.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Problem-solving attitude and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion.
