Role Summary

We are looking for an Accounts Executive with experience in the hospital/healthcare sector to manage financial transactions, and statutory compliance while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Manage vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations
• Track outstanding receivables; Follow up for pending payments

2. Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Maintain daily accounting entries in Zoho
• Handle bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
• Ensure proper accounting of hospital revenue streams
• Support month-end and year-end closing

3. Hospital Billing Accounting

• Co-ordinate with billing team for Payment & outstanding
• Reconciliation of outstanding on monthly basis

Requirements

• Education background in B.Com
• 2–3 years of experience in hospital or healthcare accounting
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel (advanced preferred), and hospital ERP systems
• Strong understanding of statutory compliance
