The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing accounts receivable activities, including collections, payment processing, account reconciliations, and resolution of customer account discrepancies to support timely cash flow and financial accuracy. The role administers commission and refund payments, prepares journal entries, and supports month-end and year-end accounting processes. It also collaborates with internal stakeholders and customers to resolve payment issues, maintain accurate records, and deliver a high level of service.

What You’ll Be Doing

Base Salary Hiring Range: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 annually
