What you'll do
- Following SOP and other requirement to validate data/information provided by customer.
- Contacting with customer if the data/information is unclear/incorrect.
- Key in the data/information in system. Make sure the data/information in system is correct and align with SOP/requirement.
- Escalating issues and problems encountered in daily work.
- Collaborating with origin and destination logistics teams and other service providers to solve shipment issues
- Act as 1st Tier support for Seller Service queries related to shipments
- Any Add-hoc task assigned by leaders.

The ACT operations team is a team of customs brokers managing the import duty requirements of FBA and external products. We have INLT LLC in US (a subsidiary of Amazon) and 3rd party customs broker in EU & UK, responsible for filing customs entries for goods.
