We're looking for an Activations Manager (Paid Search) to join our Platform team at Kaimera. This role will be based in the Havas Village in Melbourne (Richmond).

About the role
The Digital Activations Manager plays a crucial role in driving digital media success for our clients. With at least four years of experience, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimisation of performance-driven digital media campaigns. The Manager is responsible for the full campaign lifecycle, from initial planning and budget allocation through ongoing analysis, reporting, and strategic adjustments.

This role requires a strong understanding of performance marketing principles, data analysis, and team leadership. In addition to your core role, you will guide and develop junior team members, creating a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities
