What you'll do
- Plan, implement, and evaluate resident-centered engagement programs and events
- Oversee activities, entertainment, and wellness programming across all neighborhoods, including memory care
- Supervise team members, volunteers, and concierge staff
- Recruit, onboard, train, and retain volunteers; build community partnerships
- Track participation, satisfaction, and engagement metrics to improve programming
- Manage engagement documentation, calendars, reporting, and technology platforms
- Lead concierge operations, delivering exceptional experiences for residents, families, and visitors
- Support budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and operational planning
- Partner with Sales and Resident Care on move-ins and ongoing engagement
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and Sunrise quality standards
What they're looking for
- 2+ years leadership/supervisory experience in senior living, hospitality, recreation, or volunteer management
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities
- Strong organizational, communication, and event-planning skills
- Sound judgment in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for creating meaningful resident experiences
- Valid driver's license, if required
