The Job
Participate in product pricing and development activities, including market research, feasibility study, profit testing, user acceptable testing (UAT)
Prepare actuarial analyses, and documentation for product approval and governance processes
Support portfolio management activities and reinsurance reviews to facilitate product and business development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Actuarial, Distribution, Finance, Risk, and Operations, throughout the product development lifecycle
Provide actuarial and pricing support to distribution channels, including compensation reviews, campaign assessments, and special quotations.
Provide support on company-wide initiatives or ad-hoc projects
The Person
At least 2-3 years of insurance experience in actuarial functions
Good progress in professional actuarial examinations (SOA, IFoA, Actuaries Institute, or equivalent)
Experience with product pricing is an advantage
Strong team player with ability to collaborate across functions
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
